THIERRY COLSON

Fervently involved in fashion, and after traveling in India, Thierry Colson launched his first collection in 2005, in shirting and pajamas for both men and women. His first project soon after became a womenswear collection. Indian blockprint exclusive designs and handmade embroideries reveal Thierry Colson's affection for artisanal work. All the shirting is made in France with fine Italian poplins. 

Delicate, innocent and relaxed, his collections always start from a journey memory, the memory of a trip that stimulates one's creativity and seduce our imagination.

For SS24, the parrot design was inspired by Henri Matisse. Hand block printed in India, the colours and pattern were a reference to the exotic birds Matisse enjoyed in his Southern France workshop. Chanderi Stipes are hand woven in cotton and silk, especially for Thierry Colson.  Mediterranean inspired embroidery appears on soft linen dresses and skirts.
