SHIPPING & RETURNS

GASPARD does not issue refunds. Full price merchandise in perfect, unworn, unwashed, and saleable condition may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Returns and exchanges must be pre-authorised by email to returns@gaspardshop.com. After emailing the shop, you will then be given a Return Authorization (RA) number which must be written on the outside of the package being returned. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The package must be traceable and must require a signature.
Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the retail price.
Store credit is valid for 90 days after purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable.
All sales are final on any discounted, sale, or altered merchandise.
All socks and hosiery are final sale.
No price adjustments. No returns accepted on international orders.
Any defective full priced jewelry must be returned to the store within 3 months of purchase for a repair estimate. After 3 months, or on any discounted jewelry, the customer is responsible for any repair.
We are not responsible for any item lost after purchase.
We hold the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

SHIPPING RATES

Canada flat rate: $15.00 ships in 3 to 5 business days
Continental US flat rate: $25.00 ships in 3 to 7 business days
All shipping rates outside North America are calculated at checkout.
All international orders are shipped via Canada post Xpresspost.


TAXES AND DUTIES

Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to Canadian taxes.
International orders are subject to that country's duty rates, and are not included in our pricing.

For Canadian orders, provincial and harmonized taxes will be added as per provincial law:
AB, NT, NU, YT 5%
SK 11%
BC 12%
ON, MB 13%
QC 14.975%
NB, NL, NS, PE 15%
