Pull-on dress. Lapel collar with front opening and buttons.  Waist seam and pleated skirt.
Side seam pockets. Long, set-sleeves with narrow plackets and simple cuffs. Wide hem facing. Navy with a fine, white yarn-dyed stripe repeating every three inches. Wide self-sash.
