W.I.L.D. A.N.I.M.A.L.S.
Rop van Mierlo lives and works in Amsterdam. He graduated from Design Academy Eindhoven in 2008, and has since collaborated with MARNI, Hermes, and Head Porter.
Rop's signature style is developed from a wet-on-wet paint technique he first explored in primary school. Rop returned to this organic method with less control to create his wild animal paintings.
They are now the basis of his artwork, clothing, books and homeware, along with many creative collaborations.
